Introduction of Emergentism Art International Research Institute

Emergentism Art International Research Institute is an international research institute led by  

Professor Fan Yuzhou, a well-known cross-border artist and founder of emergence art in the United States. It is a research institute based in Hong Kong and oriented towards the international community, which promotes the international development of emergence art.

The research institute aims to unite relevant academic elites and art institutions at home and abroad to carry out East-West art exchanges and cooperation, promote the deepening and expansion of avant-garde art theoretical research, lead the reconstruction of aesthetic spirit in international art, and make important contributions to art innovation in the post-human era.

The research institute takes the board of directors as the core of decision-making and adopts the responsibility system of the president. To provide channels and conditions for academic visits and research, artist residencies, exhibition, discussion, exchange, publication, education, and dissemination for theorists, scholars, artists, curators, and critics in related fields at home and abroad, and to carry out various related activities and international cooperation.

The Research Institute carries out extensive cooperation with relevant research institutions and universities at home and abroad, promotes the innovation of art theory and the cultivation of innovative talents, and leads the healthy development of the new trend of art paradigm change in the post-human era.

        涌现主义艺术国际研究院是国际著名旅美跨界艺术家、涌现主义艺术创立人范毓周教授牵头组建的一家立足香港、面向国际，推动涌现主义艺术国际化发展的研究机构。

        研究院旨在联合海内外相关学界精英和艺术机构，开展东西方艺术交流与合作，促进涌现主义艺术理论研究深化、拓展艺术创新天地，引领国际艺术重构美学精神，为后人类时代的艺术创新作出重要贡献。

        研究院以理事会为决策核心，采用院长负责制，为国内外相关领域理论家、学者、艺术家、策展人、评论家提供学术访问与研究、艺术家驻留创作、作品展示、研讨、交流、出版、教育、传播的渠道与条件，开展各类相关活动和国际合作。
